Black mold warning The person at the desk was rude but thats not a big deal there was black mold in the shower area the washer and dryer were broken no morning breakfast overall a nasty place tv remote did not work asked for another one that one did not work he came to the with another one that one did not work he told me the tv sound cannot be adjusted they said they programed the tv to work at the same volume we are older and need the tv a little louder but not to loud to disturb the next room

Did not honor my reservation. Sent me down the road. Went to check in with my confirmed reservation after a 20 minute wait at the front desk to be told they have no rooms and there is nothing they can do about it. There was no cancellation policy and I am sure I would have been charged if I was a no show. Bad business. No more Quality Inns for me.

Still no pool, but they advertise one Our room needed a thorough deep cleaning, the chair stained and needs a cushion cover washed, hall carpets need shampooing and would you fix the pool or not advertise you have one (it's been broken for over a year now that I know of)

Dissapointing... Everything is closed, pool and hot tub, guest laundry. Rude signage everywhere stating "breakfast is for breakfast hours only" or "no visitors between 10pm and 6am. Just gave the whole place a weird vibe. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Will never use this hotel again!! I reserved a room with a whirlpool, for my daughter, using my points. I noted in the reservation the room was for her. When she arrived, they told her she couldn't have the whirlpool room, and they charged her extra for her pet. The last time she stayed, there was no extra charge for her pet. I called and spoke to the manager, Vijay. He was rude, saying that they didn't charge her last time because she must have lied to them about having a pet! Seriously, this was very rude to accuse her of lying about having her pet with her, because she did not!! And then he went on to say that I was supposed to be there, since the room was in my name, and she was lucky to have gotten to check in without me there! I have done this many times, for my kids, and never has it been an issue. This manager needs some customer service training, or a different job. I will never use this hotel again!
