Old but clean First thing you notice is the parking. The facility is on a hill so there are rooms at different levels and the parking spaces are wherever they could fit them in. They put us in a ground floor (kind of lower level) room that was conveniently located across from the office and breakfast room - but no parking spaces in front. Had to park around the corner and when we returned after dinner had to park on a different level and walk down. The room felt outdated, with rather odd looking furniture, which was fine, but the bed had cigarette burns in the comforter and you could smell smoke in areas of the room - mostly in the bathroom. I mentioned it to the front desk because I didn't want to be charged the $150 fee for smoking when it wasn't either of us in that room. He assured me that was mostly likely from the smoking room next door. Would make more sense to group rooms by smoking and non, since for some people it's a health hazard to be near smoke. Beds were comfortable. A/C unit didn't work correctly and to cool it off we had to set way lower than usual to get it to come on and cool the room. The breakfast was typical continental type. Enough options to satisfy and they kept it refreshed. Rooms in that area run high due, I'm guessing, to being near Ft. Knox. Price was high for what it was, but probably fair for the area. It did have a nice outdoor pool - a little small - but sufficient for cooling off from the high temps.

Most horrible hotel in radcliff This is the absolute worst all the negative reviews are true. They lady with purple hair at the office. Will try and hustle u out of money. She almost did that with me as well. I'm thankful to priceline for refunding my reservation to this hell hole. The lady asked me personal info about my service dog and tried to charge me more for it on top of the cash she tried to trick me out of it. This lady looked and acted like she was on drugs. I don't think this hotel drug test their employees. I recommend never to go here because almost happen to me might happen to you. I asked for a Manger she called someone but refused to let me talk said I would have to wait until Monday and that was a red flag. Why would a Manger not take my call and allow their employee to harass a cust with a disability. I will never forget this place it stunk so bad in the lobby. The place really needs to be tore down and rebuilt to something better

Just a motel to sleep in Just needed a place to sleep for an event we are attending nearby. Nothing above average other than the nice wood looking floor in our room. The room was a 1 queen bed smoking room. It was clean (tables, bed linens, tub, etc.). Bathroom had been renovated and was clean. Had a great powerful flushing toilet. Fridge and microwave. Cons: The bed is below average in comfort. The bathroom door needs a good wipe down cleaning. The entry/exit door needs a weather strip as I’m not sure what critters come inside as the crack is pretty large. I’m guessing the TV stopped working so they put a second TV in front of it. Please stain blast your white linens. The wash clothes was NOT white and looked brown after wetting it. I’ve included a photo if a CLEAN dry washcloth and a CLEAN wet washcloth. You’ll see what I mean. Eww. Some very large burns in the linens. I understand it’s a smoking room and some smokers are careless and have no respect for others things but it wasn’t eye-appealing to notice large burns when we first stepped in the door. Overall an OK place to stop for a nights sleep as it was one of the lesser expensive places in the area. I just wish the bed was not so springy and more comfy. Would have been 3 stars but the dingy bath linens really turn me off. The breakfast was frozen waffles and muffins. We didn’t swim but the pool looks to be undergoing maintenance for anyone needing to know.
