Horrible Service This hotel cancelled my reservation which was made months in advance, so they could sell the room to someone else at a higher rate because there is a huge event in the area. I manage hotels, and I see this happening more and more frequently. They only care about money, and true hospitality as well as honest business practices are completely foreign concepts. Reserve at your own risk if you book early and get a lower advance rate.

Wow what a nice hotel Comfort Inn and Suites is I loved my stay at hotel Comfort Inn and Suites in Rancho Cordova. Everything was comfortable and worked well for me I was meeting with friends at local restaurant and my stay at this hotel was very convenient. Everything was good

Nice Stay We arrived late in the evening. We found this property via the internet. The check in staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable for a one night stay. The property is a little older and does need a little attention but that was not a problem.The morning breakfast was very good and served in a nice room. I highly recommend this property.

Average Comfort Inn but not in the safest of locations We checked into this Comfort Inn after midnight, due to a late flight. The night clerk was a nice man and warned us to leave nothing of value in our car overnight. He said the hotel parking lot had been having some break ins of cars recently, so that put a damper on our stay. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was nice enough. I doubt I would stay here again, if I was travelling in the area.

Disappointed The hotel was clean and quiet. However, my mobile hotspot was disabled forcing me to use their "unsecured/open" wifi. Something I've never encountered before at any hotel. This inconvenience resulted in me not getting critical work done as I was not about risk working on an unsecured network. When staying at hotels, I prefer a nightlight while I sleep. It helps me orientate myself when waking up in strange environments. This was not to be found in my room. Last, of the 5 front desk people I encountered, only two were friendly, the others acted as though I was invisible. I won't be coming back.
