Not your best option in Rancho Cordova There are a number of similar hotels here clustered along Route 50 and Zinfandel Drive. I would recommend that you try one of the others, at least until the place gets a refresh. The good? The staff is very nice and helpful. The bad? Useless Wifi- I had to use my phone hotspot, stained furniture, warped flooring and an undersupplied breakfast, as in the only bread was two pathetic-looking slices of white bread and some little things that I think were scones. Thanks for the cream cheese and peanut butter but they're pretty useless without something to put them on. The bed and pillows were okay I suppose. Wouldn't call any of it comfortable. They also charge 14 dollars to park your car in their lot. Many of the hotels around here do that, which is a classic junk fee.

Clean and convenient, but noisy The hotel is relatively new, well-appointed, and convenient to Interstate 5. The mattresses are firm, but would benefit from a mattress pad. The power went out for about 45 minutes, though, Emergency lights came on in the hallways, but nothing in the rooms—thankfully our phones were fully charged. Lots of noise from the highway—sounded like the Indy 500 off and on all night.

Just OK Pros: The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Cons: Level of cleanliness and attention to detail could have been better. For example, my bathroom hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly when I arrived. There were plastic clothing tags on the floor, dusty surfaces. I preferred to use the stairwell, instead of the elevator, and noticed the same Cheerios on the floor for most of our stay. Also, I had a hard time sleeping there, in room 235. There was an intermittent noise that would literally shake my room, day and night.

Enjoyable stay the night before white water rafting in American River Recommend this stay for river rafting in American River near Sacramento. We had our stay to be close to the check in point early next morning. When we arrived at 9pm, we were greeted by the front desk politely and helped with the check in with all the information we needed to know. The room was comfortable with fridge and microwave, TV and hairdryer, the bathroom is spotless as I carefully inspected the edges along the tub and found no black spots. The amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion along with travel size face soap and mouth rinse. There is also in room coffee. If you have the energy, they also have indoor pool and a gym. Breakfast starts at 6:30 is perfect for our itinerary. The only thing I don't like is they charge $14 for parking, but compared to other hotels, it's either no free breakfast or no free parking, so pick your poison I suppose.
