Great customer service. The hotel and room was clean and spacious. Chelsea at the front went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was fine. Pretty typical for the price point. She made the stay exceptional.

Stay Here! Good Staff and clean, safe place to kick off your shoes. They all try hard to accommodate everyone. It also being off a main busy street tends to have much less noise, still close to many essentials and entertainment. GREAT JOB I-90

Pit stop shop! The staff here go above and beyond. The a/c sounded like it went out or was going out, so I called the front desk. Not only did Brandi come up right away to check, but she also came with a few contingency plans. Low and behold after inspecting the unit, she rolled back into my room not 5 minutes later with a replacement. In under 20 minutes I had a brand new a/c unit installed,and the floor vacuumed from any possible old a/c debris. Talk about amazing service. And here I was thinking that I was going to have to switch rooms. Nope! I think she could use a pay raise!

Exceptional/Extraordinary I was referenced by a friends boss to try Extended Stay of America. I didn't figure it would not be much different than other hotels, as I have traveled a lot in my carrier. The Extended Stay America surprised me with the difference between what hotels can be like. They are extremely conscience about being clean, comfortable and putting quests needs first. All the staff makes you fell like they want you there and management is Professional, as is the complete Staff. The word that keeps coming to mind is Extraordinary (EXTR ORDINARY ! )

Great Stay! I have loved my stay at the Extended Stay America Rockford I-90. This place has provided me the perfect place to stay for a couple weeks in a time of need. The staff are particularly knowledgeable and helpful. Dan, Austin, and Randy helped make all my needs for a good stay happen professionally and on time. They were always around to provide anything that might need of service and were very friendly, professional and efficient. The stay was clean, had a calm environment, and was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility and its staff. Satisfied customer.
