Highly Recommend! We arrived before noon and luckily our room was ready so the early check in was a great start. The manager at the front desk was very helpful with us getting the room and giving us directions to the concert venue next door. Room was clean, cool and spacious. Elevators were quick and the breakfast the next morning was buffet style and complementary along with being very good. The Hotel is near several restaurants, Top Golf and next to the Walmart Amp. Great Experience.

Cluster I have never had so many problems in one hotel stay must less in a Hilton property. No air conditioning for one whole day, shower didn’t work, sink didn’t drain, keys didn’t work, replaced those keys didn’t work either. One of the elevators were out of order and the hotel is full, so you have to wait quite a while for an elevator

Amazing! I can’t say enough about this great hotel. Upon arrival, we had a few issues, but the Front Desk and Manager quickly resolved our concerns. I cannot say enough about the wonderful F&B staff. They kept the area clean and well-stocked throughout breakfast and the evening reception and went above and beyond to assist everyone. Special thank you to Adam, the manager of the F&B department. He is the Diamond of this place.

Do Not Stay Here Until They Make Housekeeping Changes We came here for a dance competition. We got here on a Thursday night and left on a Sunday. Our room was not cleaned one time even asking twice specifically. They would deliver new towels and never once pick up the used/wet towels that were in a pile for them. They are having housekeeping issues is appears. Multiple families in our big group also complained. The rooms are out dated and smell old. I feel like all Embassy Suits needs a complete make over. They are stuck in the 90’s. Currently, I would not recommend this hotel. Sadly, it is in the same town as Wal-Mart headquarters and Tyson headquarters. Somebody needs to get a hold of this hotel.

Wish everyone’s experience could have been like ours “Let’s get the disappointing stuff out of the way first” I noticed that some of this hotel’s Tripadvisor reviews complained about an unaware parking fee. I think that parking fees will eventually become the nemesis of a great hotel stay. Nobody likes surprise parking fees. It’s a surefire way to bring to an end to a smiling face and a good first impression while checking in. Even though it may not be a gouge it almost always seems like one. End this practice and just roll the fee into the cost of the room and call it free parking…problem solved. This was a one night stay at Embassy Suites Northwest Rogers, AR on our way back to Northern Missouri. It turned out to be very exciting. Many members of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity were having a weekend conference there. It was fun seeing the hotel so bustling. The hotel staff was wonderfully attentive proving that they could handle any large convention accompanied with pleasing their other guests. Perhaps we live under the “lucky star” because unlike some who write of experiencing bad hotel rooms, we always seem to get the “good room” at Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Charles, Embassy Suites by Hilton Bowling Green, Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati River Center, Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport, Embassy Suites By Hilton Bloomington/Minneapolis etc.…all good stays. Our room here was clean and comfortable living up to the executive feel one should have with Embassy Suites. The property inside and out seemed enjoyably palatial. Your experience may have been different which is okay because “all of which is an individual’s particular discern.” I believe the name of the front desk manager that helped us was Kyleigh. We were quite impressed with her “innkeeper prowess” as she didn’t miss a beat in both servicing multiple guests while still taking time to share information about local attractions like Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. In all, we had a great customer experience as well as enjoyed our stay and are looking for an excuse to return. Keep doing what you’re doing.
