After twenty years, this facility remains a Pro! What an exceptional facility. Mr. Bali - who checks in guests, is friendly, always has a smile, and cares about your comfort. Always asks if, you had a good night sleep when he sees you in the morning and if there’s anything else you might need. Mr. Upendra is efficient each morning with having the breakfast area available with all the ingredients for a good breakfast. Mr. Marc Huff greets you each evening as you come in for the night. Always has a smile, friendly and asks, if there’s anything you might need for the night. The staff makes or breaks whether frequent travelers will come back. I’m sure there are many repeaters who come back to this facility. We will be one of them.

Excellent stay for NHRA & more Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Comfy beds. Kept breakfast hot & replished frequently. Good food. Excellent stay. Came for NHRA, 30 minutes from track. Easy on & off freeway. Close to Route 66 in Joliet. Recommend staying here!

Clean hotel and friendly staff It was a clean hotel and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We had no issues at all. Rates were very competitive. I would recommend this hotel. I need twenty nine more characters to complete this review. It's not like I'm getting paid for this review :-(.

Extremely clean Very polite staff. The Remote control didn't work half. The time is my only complaint.. Other than that, the staff was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean. And I didn't like half the rite 200 minimum words on this evaluation..

Truck stop hotel This hotel is a truck stop. You will see semi trucks parked across the hotel. Also, some exit doors left open at night and hotel desk does not check whether all doors are secure at night. A little sketchy. Hotel pool is not heated. Old gym equipment. Room cleaning is only every 3 days. Suite door is thin and does not provide enough sound proofing. Franchise hotel and not corporate owned by Radisson. Breakfast was good but not as good as Fairfield by Marriott.
