Exceptional Service by Alexis at Hilton Hotel Rosegate I recently had a stay at the Hilton Hotel Rosegate at Chicago’s airport after a long day filled with missed connections and travel disruptions. Despite the chaos, Alexis was a beacon of efficiency and friendliness. Her professionalism and warm demeanor turned a stressful day into a more pleasant experience. Thank you, Alexis, for your outstanding service! --- CCW

Needs updating I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. There is no continental breakfast, they provide breakfast but it is around $20.00 a plate which is ridiculous when you can go down to McDonalds and pay that amount for much more. Our room that we got was very hot when we turned the AC down. We had to bathe our son and when we turned on the bathtub the stopper wouldn’t work. So we had to bathe him while the water was running. For the amount of money we spent on this hotel there are updates that need to happen.

Seibou plus Everything about this hotel is first-rate. Location, facilities, especially the gym, restaurant and bar, cleanliness of rooms top to bottom. However, what really stands out are the people who work here. It doesn't matter where you go or what you need they always greet you with a smile and are too willing to please. The one stand out, however, is Seibou. An amazing gentleman who I have had interactions with for many years on my visits to this hotel. He never ceases to amaze me with his can do attitude and ability to fix any and all problems. Thank you for all my incredibly pleasant stays. Thank you Seibou

Update sorely needed Been coming to this property for the past 9 years, and seems that nothing has been changed - well, they updated the gift store, which now sells coffee. And the computers in the business center work better. Room were just as before...with the odd cupboard along the wall with the work desk. Lighting just as dim, coffee maker in room with a couple of coffee bean & tea leaf pods. And in joining the ranks of other hotels going cheap, the radio clock is no longer available. Thus, one has to call the front desk, go through the phone tree, in order to find out the time - yes, not everyone has a smart phone or watch or understand the constantly changing times that spring forward or fall back. The equipment in the fitness room were fixed/updated. but many of the barbells show signs of rust. And in the continuing interest of going cheap, the water dispenser has been removed. The front desk claims that they will provide a bottle if one works out. Otherwise, you'll have to buy the designer water from their pantry. The small room will also be crowded if more than 4 people are in it. Breakfast buffet nothing to shout about. The best was the egg station, - at least one can order eggs to one's preference.
