Horrible service I reserved a double bed NON SMOKING ! We got there and he was trying to sell me a king, so inconvenient. Then he tried to double charge me in tax fees after 20mins of him trying to figure out how to fulfill my reservation it’s got worse after a ten hr drive we were so exhausted. we found ourselves on a mission to find our room, basically walked the whole building and found our room way to the back . SMH it gets worse we got stuck w a SMOKING room smelling like they just smoked how strong the smell was . Didn’t end there there were no towels , no little complimentary soaps nothing ..

Wonderful stay I spent 1 months at this location and I enjoyed big fridge and cooktop. They do have all rooms with cooktop, big fridge and microwave. The wifi worked good too and big guest laundry room was what I really liked. If I come back to Rosenberg this is the place where I will stay.

Horrible Experience If you like cock roaches and Bedbugs this place is for you. If you like mold and rust..this place is for you!! if you like domestic violence and fist fights in the hall way day and night...this place is for you!!!!! if you like people banging on your door at 3 am beause they are so drunk they can't find their room, this place is for you!!! If you like wifi that doesn't work this place is for you!!!!! If you like only having a few tv channels, this place is for you!! If they work!!! If you like seeing people in the back parking lot doing and selling drugs, This place is for you!!! Hope this helps!!! I was terrified the entire time I as there. Found a much nicer place across the street for the same price. Plus, the traffic noise is horrific there. They need to be shut down.

Miss maintenance. It is the worst hotel I have visited in the United States, a total lack of maintenance. The key of the entrance is not useful (card), very old television, all the infrastructure, I really recommend that urgently invest. Fatal. Very helpful staff but this is not enough you need to give urgent support to them. It's a shame that a business is dropped like that.
