The Comfort Zone WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT COMFORT SUITES! I had issues with my hotel key, but the Front Desk Associate was capable of getting my keys activated with the key assigned to that room. I've been in the hotel industry for decades and I must say that was swift thoughtful action and accurate decision making by a professional employee at Comfort Suites Hotel. THE POOL IS TEMPORARY OUT! Gym is Available, Get your Game on! I had to work an overnight shift therefore I was back in my room early morning. I missed out on the breakfast, but I'll dig in on my next reservation.

Dirty. Would not stay here again. Hotel is dirty and badly in need of a refresh. Carpets are stained and there are odd smells. One person’s room had not had housekeeping, and one smelled like smoke. Would not choose to stay here again. On the positive side, the bed was comfy, and the person taking care of breakfast was friendly.

10/10 would recommend They have the best beds around!!!! Soft clean sheets .Everyone is so nice and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional ! The eggs were made with love ! The Gm and staff made sure my stay was perfect.Greatest hotel in Salina Kansas! Will be back to stay again.

Wonderful Front desk staff was great. Rooms were clean, the housekeeper I talked to was nice and gave me more towels. I really enjoyed the breakfast! The hotel lobby was very welcoming. I loved the decorations and the year round holiday tree! The room smelled fresh and clean.

Terrible Just had the worst experience at a hotel. Front desk clerk failed to notify us that there was no hot water, placed us in the wrong room so we had to get replacement keys, and when we got in the room the heat and air unit was not functioning. We agreed to stay but asked for a discount and was refused. We left the hotel and asked for a refund. The clerk called the manager and she was rude and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
