Texas waffles! Clean room and wonderful stay! I especially want to give a special thanks to Meredith at breakfast. She was a busy bee making sure everything was clean and stocked. My kids enjoyed their Texas shaped waffles!

Unsafe, unclean, find another place Horrible stay. Room was unclean and in disrepair. We were near the end for our dogs. There were homeless people doing drugs in the back lot and the smell of pot coming in through our AC. When we contacted the front desk, we were told there was no manager and he shrugged his shoulders. In the 72 hrs we were there, trash around the hotel was never picked up outside. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Dawn at the front desk was the rudest I’ve ever been treated at a hotel when she needed to reprogram our keys. This hotel shouldn’t have the Hilton name on it.

Not so good Only giving it a 1 because 1 room was ok. One room smelled like animal urine or something nasty. The front desk told me that they would let housekeeping know. Asked for a different room and they told me there were none other available of that type. Did not even give me any other options and I am a Hilton Gold Member. Sure was not treated like one.

Bitter Front Desk Manager I’ve been coming to this location for the past 2 years. Every week, 3 to 4 days a week. I’ve earned Diamond status early on. It doesn’t matter, the service has been getting worse. I have complained every week for the last month. Now, I get the crap room. Go figure how bitter they can be.

Double Charged Later Hotel front desk called at 6pm asking if we were still coming which seemed odd, I replied of course we are it's a business trip and our flight just arrived and it was confirmed we had two rooms. Checked out as normal and bill looked correct, however upon looking at credit card we were charged for 4 rooms a day later, front desk said we were a no show then rebooked? What? Hilton says they created a case then today said to call the hotel. Hotel has been no help so far. My company books hundreds of rooms a year with Hilton and the customer service is truly lacking, not looking for anything for free just the proper payment. Hopefully I can edit this with a proper resolution.
