Con artists. Don’t book this hotel! I booked it for two nights and then was unable to go due to health concerns. When I cancelled I found out that the hotel doesn’t do the booking, it’s a subsidiary of Priceline that does the booking. The cancellation fee is 100%. The motel, and two different Priceline subsidiaries all pointed fingers at each other. The hotel demanded that they would only honor a health/related cancellation if I sent them my health record. I acknowledge my mistake here (as I thought I had read a different cancellation policy), but to be safe I will never use a Priceline type service again, an expensive lesson.

Good choice for short visit Sylvia and Nayeli were helpful and welcoming at front desk. Airport shuttle drivers Luis and Ramon were good, friendly drivers. Negative was that breakfast offerings were weak—all processed, sugary foods. But rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Perfect for a quick trip!

A good solid place to stay. Nothing fancy but very clean .Nice staff. A decent clean hotel. I stayed 1 week before returning to Sweden where I now live. I stayed in 2 different rooms, a standard room with poor hot water, and a water facing "deluxe" room which is more pleasant and quieter. People are constantly cleaning. The maids do a nice job. Not a lot to do nearby. You must have car access as this place is very far from most activities. This is my second time here

An Exceptionally Rude Employee is the Dealbreaker No Wifi in my room in the evening. In the morning, the Wifi was slow, but I was not able to use Internet in the evening. The room is dated and tired. The window is extremely dirty and the screen is loose with holes. The bathroom is very small, with a bulb not working and a rusty sprinkler. The sink area is only half the size as opposed to the renovated sink area posted on their website. The linen has holes. An Asian front desk lady with dark glasses was disrespectful, confrontational, and condescending. She was rude to me even before I spoke. First time experiencing this kind of attitude in my years of travel. On the contrary, the Hispanic front desk employee was professional and reasonable. Free airport shuttle and paid parking. As the above noted lady snarkily warned me (when chewing a mouthful of food), pay $18 or pay $300 to fix the smashed window. This probably said something about the marina. Still, I wish I could explore the area more but the overall experience was a letdown, and I left early in the morning. There are a couple restaurants and a golf course nearby, but not much else in walking distance. I feel that the hotel is oversold on the website. Photos vs. reality. This is still a good place to stay with right expectations because of its lower rate, complementary shuttle and breakfast, and if you could tolerate the unfounded hostility from that one employee.

Wonderful service It's an old hotel with wonderful service. They keep it clean despite its age. All the hotel equipment are functioning well and the bed is quite comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to crash en route to another destination.
