Hyatt San Ramon Upon arrival, room was neat and clean. Was there for 3 days for a business trip. During my stay, no one came in and swapped out dirty towels and made up the bed. Hotel itself was neat, clean and well maintained. Typical continental breakfast was good.

Satisfaction While staying at the Hyatt House San Ramon for business, the Hotel was right off the freeway. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfast in the more is quite good. I would recommend this to friends and family to stay at this location.

Fantastic Location, underwhelming experience for a high price! Very conveniently located in San Ramon with exceptional swimming pool and other amenities. The rooms are dated and poorly designed. The room key card’s didn’t function properly. I couldn’t leave the swimming pool area because the key card malfunctioned! Staff were very blasé about the frustrating key card issue. Hyatt Hotels has the money to fix this annoying issue. FIX IT! Don’t even bother trying the free breakfast! It’s beyond bad… dreadful recycled unhealthy food. No fresh, healthy breakfast options. That’s why it’s free! They also have the nerve to charge you a $10 parking fee for each night. Unbelievable!

Beautiful hotel I was in town from Michigan for a funeral I’m familiar with the Bay Area but had not been to San Ramon before I decided to stay because of the good reviews & so glad I did. Hotel was beautiful & room was clean. They also have EV parking which was so convenient. I didn’t end up eating at the hotel breakfast but it all looked very good & dining area was spotless. Should I return to CA, this will be my go to hotel

Good location to Concord Pavillion My daughter flew in to attend a concert at Concord Pavillion along with myself and her nieces. We chose Hyatt San Ramon because it was midway of the Pavillion and the Oakland Airport for her return flight the next day. The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to the freeway.
