No loyalty here We stayed here for 8 days. Have no complaints about the hotel itself. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Service was great. My issue is that after you stay for 7 nights you cannot get internet unless you pay for it. You can have it for free for the first 7 nights. Does this make any sense?? They are punishing you for staying longer than 7 days??? I have never heard of such a thing. I will definitely think before I stay there again. We have stayed here before when visiting family in Utah and I don’t remember this ever being an issue. We are good customers. This is how you get treated for being repeat customers that spend over a week at your establishment

I'd rather pay more to get the full Hilton experience - not limited by local policies. Older hotel in need of a reno. The real problem is I can make a transaction at my bank easier than it is to check in here. You have to present photo ID and a credit card with the same name. I don't even have to do that in downtown Manhattan. This rough and tough SLC suburb obviously needs that kind of security. Ridiculous.

NEVER AGAIN Small room, but nice otherwise. Bed just fine, pillows waaaaaay too soft and useless. Very cheap construction with zero insulation in walls. You’ll hear everything, especially the noise of pipes carrying water, the showers, neighboring room TV, everything. No fanin the bathroom so the shower will steam everything up. Worst b breakfast I’ve had in 20 years with even the “freshg” eggs cold. The sausage wasn’t even meat and served ice cold. We will not be staying here again and we travel to this area often. Prices, post-COVID is expensive, just like everywhere else.

Nice Hotel - Clean Rooms and Friendly Staff Stayed here for two nights for a business event in the area. The hotel is nice, room was clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations for the area. The location is very nice. Close to many dining and shopping options plus easy on and off from the interstate and less than 30 minutes to the airport and downtown Salt Lake City. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future if I return.

Not the worst, but never again Pros: Great location, friendly staff, relatively quiet, mostly working AC/heater. Cons: Everything else. The bed was rock hard and the pillows paper thin. We asked to change rooms hoping for something marginally more comfortable but were told all the mattresses were the same. All the front desk could offer was to pass along a complaint to the general manager. The "lighting" in the room was dim, green, and insufficient. There was no vent in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay but very minimal and located in the lobby with hardly any seating. Go early or there'll be nothing left and the kids will have clogged up or broken the waffle machines. The ground floor smells like smoke even though all rooms are non-smoking. TLDR; I paid for a "3-star" hotel thinking it'd be simple but comfortable. I was wrong. Never going back.
