What a nice find I can't say enough about the friendly staff. Our room was immaculate, quiet and spacious. Nice breakfast bar in the morning, wine and cheese in the afternoon. The EV charger, which we didn't anticipate was a big bonus. The setting is subtle Mediterranean. And it's five minutes to the beach. Quiet best describes Brisas. The way the pool is situated shields most of the noise and we never heard traffic. We will definitely visit again. They earned our business!

Very poor service and stay We stayed at this hotel recently. The staff was very rude and indifferent. No welcome, no thank you, no how was your stay.... The maintenance was poor. They do not do house keeping if you stay for a week. When we asked for tissues it was like asking for their blood. When we asked for supplies they told us they don't have them!The quality of their supplies (when available) and food (breakfast) was very poor. The place needs an update. The beds are very uncomfortable and the furniture outdated. The kitchen supplies are very poor. Mismatched dishes and utensils. Unusable cookware. The only good thing about it was the location.

Clean, Cozy and Well Located We booked a 3-night last-minute stay at Brisas Del Mar based on Trip Advisor reviews and price. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was located within walking distance of the Wharf, State Street and the Funk Zone. This was not luxury accommodations by any stretch, but perfect for our needs as we just needed a comfortable place to crash at the end of a few very busy days.

Pretty Inn, average experience This hotel has pretty grounds but outdated. There are no elevators and upon check-in no one at the front desk offered to help with our luggage. Since we were given a room far in the back of the hotel,on the 3rd floor, would have been nice to have been offered assistance. The room was very warm when we finally made it there. Parking was limited. The breakfast and refreshments were good but given the steep price of this Inn, expected a bit more overall.

Great and happy Great location! 5 minutes away from the peer and downtown. So many great restaurants near the hotel. Free breakfast is amazing! Happy hour with red and white wine do not miss. All day coffee,milk, water, lemonade, and fruits make us so happy. Say hi to Anissa. She was so nice and knowledgeable. She welcomed us with great smile and recommended us to do the Escape room. Thanks Anissa. All the stuff were amazing. The hotel rooms is so clean and the AC is so cold.
