An enjoyable stay, and a very pleasant staff The hotel was in a nice, convenient location, had clean, comfortable rooms and a very professional, engaging and efficient staff. The complimentary breakfast is a nice addition. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again the next time I'm in Sarasota.

Affordable for a tourist town The hotel is located close to I-75 and approximately 20 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. There is a Publix close by for any grocery needs. The room we stayed in was big and I think they gave us a handicap accessible room. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, but they have square pillows. I don’t like square pillows, so that’s a personal preference. I was disappointed in the breakfast. Eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, waffles, and oranges. That sounds like a good amount of choices, but I wish they had offered more options of fruit and bagels. The hotel is very close to Clark Rd. which is a major street in Sarasota. Although the room was very quiet, we could hear quite a bit of road noise while outside in the pool. That’s not their fault, but if you want a relaxing outdoor experience, this may not be the best place. The pool is small, but clean. In that same area is a nice outdoor seating area with couches and a grill to use. The staff is very friendly and thanked us for our stay each time we interacted with them. We’d stay here again.

Nice place Very clean, amenities were spot on and staff was friendly. Highly recommended. The beds were firm and pillows were nice. We brought our stuff and there was plenty of space to walk her. It is centrally located to the beach and everything else we wanted to do.

Privacy Compromised This was a typical Comfort Inn and our experience would have been average. Unfortunately, within an hour of getting to our room another couple walked in on us. The front desk gave them the same room number! Our privacy was compromised and we were extremely embarrassed. We had to communicate with the front desk staff multiple times (when it happened and then followed up). We did hear from a staff member via email more than 24 hours later. They said they are working to improve their process and I could call them if I wanted. No one from the hotel went out of their way to check on us or try to help the situation. So disappointing. We will be going back to Sarasota but we will not be staying there.

Nice Experience Such a nice location near the interstate but also shops and restaurants and not far from downtown. The staff were very knowledgeable about the area and were very helpful. Nice clean rooms and hotel is pet friendly. Nice outside pool, plenty of parking and not a bad price for the time of year.
