Better than Hilton Garden Inn by a long shot Absolutely the best staff and accommodations I have had in a long time. Hotel was first rate in staff, room, breakfast....just a great experience. I had to cancel one night due to circumstances and the night manager did it immediately, no questions asked. Tv quit working and called front desk and they explained it was weather related, which I understood, but I got a call in a few minutes to ask if my TV had come back on. Morning buffet was great and fresh and hot. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience.

Bad parking experience I am a loyal Hilton Honors member, so I decided to park at this hotel while on a short trip to Biloxi, MS. Upon arriving, I told the polite desk clerk that we had arrived and would be parking for 3 nights via the Way app. He told us we could take the shuttle to the airport, even though it was walkable. My partner recently had shoulder surgery, so that was nice. The shuttle driver, however, was rude and snarly. He ordered me not to drive around the lot...just take the first available spot because he would be following me. The first two spots were too narrow, so I disobeyed his order and took one a few spots down, which apparently he didn't like. He threw our carryons in the back and off we went in dead silence, with a scowl on his face. I politely asked what we needed to do to contact the hotel upon our arrival and he grabbed a card without saying a word. My husband gave him a nice tip...for his subpar, rude, discourteous service...and he cheered up a bit. I would recommend parking at the Kompose hotel. It is the same distance from SRQ and a little cheaper. Plus you won't need to interact with Mr. Congeniality.

Ten Star Facility Easy check-in when we arrived. Free, hot cookies at the front desk were superb. Room was very comfortable with one of the best showers we have ever used. Wifi quick. Breakfast was over-the-top excellent. Great staff. They should be extremely proud of their motel.

Nice, comfortable and safe Our flight was delayed so we didn’t check in until almost 1am. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She let us know she’d be working all night and not to hesitate to call if we needed anything. Thankfully, we didn’t need to call. The hotel room was very clean, modern and safe. It was perfect for a relaxing sleep after a long night of travel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a decent, safe accommodation while in the area.
