Excellent! The hotel location was very convenient for our purposes. The hotel offered a Great value, especially the continental breakfast. Chef Jason was attentive, friendly and professional. He helped us to start our days on a positive note.

Better than expected This Best Western in Saratoga Springs was really a lot nicer than I expected. We were lucky to get a King bed suite which was very nice. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy and the free breakfast was delicious. I even got to take a swim in the pool. It was only a short ride in to town and the staff gave us great directions. We would definitely stay here again.

Don’t advertise shuttle service, if you don’t have it. Nice hotel. Great staff. Great coffee and good breakfast. We chose this hotel because it advertised free shuttle service to town. There was no shuttle service, which made it difficult and very expensive to get into town. I wish it did not advertise it in several places.

Friendly, excellent room maintenance, best breakfast ever. Our room was large with excellent drawer and closet space. Bathroom was large and towel and amenities were plentiful. Personnel and staff were friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough about the excellent breakfasts. The variety of choices, warmth of food was terrific and best of all, it was free! Our room was very clean and well maintained. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Best Western any time we travel.

An overnight stop Spent one night at the Best Western in Saratoga Springs. The staff was sufficiently friendly. I was happy to know that I was a real winner According to the woman at the front desk, who told me that I got a great rate and even some bonus points! It’s great to be a winner! The pool was pleasant. The hot tub looked like it was filled with nuclear waste. It was green, low on water and smelled really bad. Don’t go in it! Breakfast was mediocre. The waffles were good. The sausage looked disgusting. There was no butter or cream cheese for the bagels. It left something to be desired.The room was clean and the bed sufficiently comfortable, Although there was a random nut on the floor. The Internet worked sufficiently. I would stay here again. But I will never go near that hot tub! Yuck!
