Comfortable bed, Newly Renovated Everything is 10/10, really comfortable bed online looks old but hotel is completely renovated…. Breakfast is really good for hotel. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Management is really good. Definitely coming back

Should have been great. The hotel was nicer than where we srat last year. Hot breakfast was good and TV was good compared to others around there. Seemed well keep and clean. Not too far from venue in Frankkin central and our rehearsal in Shelbyville. Only issue is the paper thin walks! Guest in room next to came in late and was having a conversation. It woke entire family up! Tried to call desk and phones didn't work. Very disappointed with that!

Loud stay, felt more like a Day's Inn stay. The rooms are recently remodeled, but overall the stay was okay at best. Chair had a big rip in it, bathroom door was literally falling out of the wall and bathroom lighting was poor. Biggest issue is the lack of sound insulation. Can hear almost every movement in the rooms all around and the highway noise is awful.

Clean and comfortable Stopped for a night on the road. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, but there was some road noise even though we weren’t roadside. Decent selection for breakfast and I appreciated I was able to take it to-go. If you book on Priceline, know that the room that sleeps 5 only sleeps 4.

Credit Card Fraud and Security issues. Read!!!!!! They also lied to us and we caught them! Several issues identity and credit card security issues. Don’t STAY at the Shelbyville Indiana Holliday Inn Express and Suites. Whatever you do do not get a room facing the interstate. The noise was so loud I had to use ear plugs due to the semi trucks noise. When we checked in the person at the desk wrote my credit card number on a post it note. I said I would prefer to use the card machine for security reasons. Why would you write it down. Are you going shopping? She said that is how she does it. So at check out they charged the wrong persons card based on the plethora of post it notes with card numbers. Also I was told if they try to fix it I will be charged twice. Liars, credit card security issues and poor service. I asked for the General Manager or owner at check out after this drama. I was told he was not in by the gentleman behind the desk. So I picked up a business card at the front desk that has Gopesh Patel General Manager on it. I called the mobile number listed. The guy that had just lied to me answered the phone. He had no idea it was me (standing in front of him). I asked why he had lied and he just blew it off.
