Nice updated hotel! Very clean! I can see they worked hard to transition it to a Holiday Inn Express. The room was the largest I have ever had two queen beds and a sofa! The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as expected. It was a nice place to stay near Bryant University.

Good experience/ Nice place Well kept. Room was clean and spacious. TV reception poor. Only a couple channels were watchable. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok, pretty basic. Quite a few options. Pool quite small. No hot tub. Met out needs

I would give zero stars this was by far the worst experience i've ever had at a hotel. our room reservation was for 6 people. we checked in the room is dirty, food crumbs on the floor, Doritos etc. there were electrical outlets hanging out of the wall and a broken (unusable) metal parts sticking out / of a grossly stained pull out. We were traveling with a crawling baby and two year old. so we didn't have enough beds so I had to sleep on a dirty floor which was full of crumbs/food/stains. There were large beetle type bugs in the room my husband had to remove/squish including on the bed and the unusable pull out...... The phone itself was stained yellowish from wear. Don't even get me started on the bathroom, which had mold or mildew. I do not think I have stayed at a worse hotel and I have traveled ALOT in the past 20 years. When I called the front desk I was told they would call me back in five minutes which never happened.... I have been working for 3 days to try and get a refund at this point....... I used Hopper to book this room and they have been told by the manager of the hotel (Raj) he's looking into it. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL

Far from what I expected for a Holiday Inn Express! Property was much more dated than I expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Had to change rooms after unpacking because the toilet was not working. New room we were switched to had carpet that was badly stained and a mildew smell in the bathroom. The lock on the back door to the parking lot was taped over, thus disabling it, the entire time we were there l. This was especially concerning given that the police were there every day that we were, as there were multiple issues with multiple unruly guests. Add in a tv with no guide on it (pretty much any location has that these days)— not even a list printed out. I have stayed in many nice Holiday Inn Express locations, this was not one of them.

Completely Disgusting Where do I start ? This hotel has got to be the worst one I’ve every stayed at and I spend 5+ nights a month in a hotel for work. I checked in late at night and walked up to the counter and had the pleasure of dealing with an extremely rude employee that decided to stay on her phone call while checking me in. Got my key card and went up to my room. ( I was tired from a 5 hour drive ). I was greeted on the 3rd floor by the pungent smell of weed. Opened my room door and smacked in face by the weed smell ever stronger (guess the person in the next room didn’t get the memo of the rooms being smoke free). Go to take a shower and there is black mold everywhere , cracked tiles on the floor , tiles peeling up and stained towels. Said forget this and decided to go lay down . Noticed tons of stains on the carpets , rips in the couch and what looked like burns in the floor. Woke up in the morning to have breakfast before I showered and got ready for work. There was an employee sitting in the breakfast area eating his breakfast having a loud conversation with some female on speaker phone for a good 20 min. Then the female working the check in counter decides to play music on her phone through the speakerphone and starts singing , completely ignoring other guest at the counter . Fast forward to my 4th night there , I come back from work to find out that they changed out my keycards because the marked me as checked out yet all my stuff was still in the room . This hotel is not only disgusting and fowl but the employees are completely useless and rude . This place gives Holiday Inn a bad name and to be honest , I will never book a stay with Holiday Inn again . IHG Member Numer 279361476
