Avoid! This was an awful experience. We checked in and the room smelled a little musty. We assume it was due to air conditioning and left for a dinner with friends. The next morning the smell seemed worse. The shower had black mold inside! After trying to shower, we had to wash the bottoms of our feet in the bathroom sink. The desk just said “ sorry” and offered extra points on their loyalty program. No possible excise for this.

Mean breakfast staff The room 108 seems clean, but paint pealed in bathroom, door latch broken at top & wouldn't latch. With all of this I would give a perfect rating and we had a awesome visit, great stay and slept well and excellent front desk ladies. But we will look for other places to stay next time. I would not recommend this place as of right now because of one staff member. Our experience is this we went to breakfast & breakfast staff mama dee they said she was called was standing by guest listing all her medical complaints to them. We came in was getting breakfast I took the tongs put a biscuit on her my daughter's plate crumbled it up and put gravy on it. I raised the lid it was full of biscuits without thinking I grabbed the biscuit that was falling so it wouldn't land on ground & I used it since it was in my hand. The breakfast lady yells across room in front of 5 other guest. Use the tongs!!! Scolding me like a two year old!!! My daughter (whose biracial) was upset from her yelling and even ask are we in trouble for something? Do we need to leave? I told her no just misunderstanding. She the staff member could have nicely walked over to me and had a conversation calmly to find out what happened. While eating we witnessed her put her finger in the face of a 3 yr old yelling about shoes needed for breakfast scared that poor child to death. The father apologized for the child but staff member she slams food lids down and yells at parent whats the problem can't you read? ( family was Hispanic it appeared) that family left breakfast & didn't finish getting food. A white couple witnessed the same thing I did the man got up shaking his head at her and went to his room. I went to front desk asked her name and said she's very rude. The one at desk this paticular Saturday morning was shocked & looked at me almost as if I was lying. She never tried to make it right or ask about situation so I just left her. All other interactions with this front desk staff was friendly & very accommodating I thought she was awesome except for this particular moment. I mentioned race when talking about breakfast staff because I'm not sure if she has any prejudice or not. She was overly concerned with the white couple she shared her health complaints to and a white child taking ham without tongs and a white teen with no shoes wasn't scolded by her but she may have been to distracted by being on her phone that she just didn't see them. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone. On the flip side the next morning a very friendly older skinny woman was in breakfast. Equally friendly to everyone and very helpful talking kindly to everyone in room. So dissatisfied with this experience.

As expected This hotel is very much as expected. You have your usual firm bed, flat pillow, and scant breakfast but it's very clean, the staff ate super friendly, and the location is easy to find and conveniently located. Despite being on the first floor, the noise level was low. The shower has great water pressure.
