No Wi-FI Giving a one star because of no internet Wi-Fi or LAN best I was able to clock is 1.5mb down & 128kb up I could do better with a couple tin cans and a piece of string What is with motels lately no internet if your not going to provide let me know I’ll go somewhere else Rest of the motel is clean and comfy hotel staff are pleasant going out of there way for me

Great accessible room I rented an accessible room and have to complement on the room at this hotel. The toilet was the correct height with grab bars. The shower had a lot of grab bars and an adjustable bench and shower head. The room had a nice couch and desk chair and plenty of space to move around with a wheelchair. It was one of the best accessible rooms that I've stayed in and I felt the need to put it out there. My only suggestion would be to have beds that are lower. It's very hard to for a wheelchair bound person to get up on the high mattress. In truth, every place I've stayed at does the same thing and it should be the changed in the industry.

Great Place to Lodge! I was in Somerset, KY on a business trip, and the Marriott down the road had been completely booked so I opted to stay with Holiday Inn Exp. Upon entering it was very clean and bright I was greeted and check-in was fast and I was given clear instructions and information on all amenities. The hotel looks fairly new and the room was huge with updated furniture. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options to choose from, pancakes, egg white omelet, southwest omelet, sausage, bacon, biscuits with sausage gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit muffins, donuts, etc. The eating/sitting area was a bit small but I was ok with taking my breakfast up to my room. Overall I had a great experience and would gladly visit again.

Great hotel! Great place to stay. Rooms were extremely clean and had lots of room. Beds were super comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond for our family. Very convenient location and close to Lake Cumberland. Will stay here again when in the area.
