A beautiful hotel This Doubletree was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed. The outside landscaping was well maintained, with flowers of every color and small trees, out of our window was the view of the inside pool that had plants among the rod iron tables and chairs, with large windows and walkways, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, large tv, over stuffed pillows etc. Large parking lot with big spaces. The location had many restaurants and shops all within a couple miles. Friendly service and good breakfast. Everything we needed for our 7 hour trip home.

Good option My spouse and I stayed for one night while passing through the area. The room was huge with a nice bathroom. The public spaces, both inside and outside, are especially beautiful at this hotel. We had a good meal at The Tavern and a tasty breakfast at the Atrium restaurant. My only minor quibble is that the hook on the bathroom door had broken off and needs to be replaced. Great hotel!

Stay away from this hotel, don’t believe the pictures Disgusting and overpriced. All the hotels in Burlington this weekend were $400/night. At that price you want a clean hotel and great service. The bathroom floor was disgusting, the shower was dirty. They have 2 parts in this hotel. I was sent to the bad part, no a/c in common areas, bad smell and NO ELEVATOR. They didn’t even ask me if I needed an elevator. They are well known for giving you a cookie at check in, no cookies. Don’t go there

Convenient and comfortable Very nice hotel with a very pretty lobby to hang out in. Room was large and clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a good variety of food. Good location close to the highway and close to the Burlington waterfront area. We'll definitely stay here again.

Unclean! If U read the poor reviews of this place, they all have a reverberating message: dirty, false charges, & poor management. Unfortunately, I had to be another yet unsatisfied Hilton (Diamond) Member subjected to that. Upon entering the rm & unpacking, found a wet orange pool towel hanging in the closet, which means the rm obviously was not thoroughly cleaned. Also informed the complimentary water bottles would B waiting in the rm - they were not. So they text ya during ur stay "everything alright?" each day & I finally text back about this & they ask if there's anything they can do. Hey I'm trying not 2 make a big deal cuz they look busy, & full, & housekeeping in a rush ... wuteva ... no big deal. I respond that I'd js like an easy Chk Out. Of course, right? NO! If U value ur credit card, do not stay here. They double charged the pet fee, took away my daily Food & Bev credit of $15 per 2 people/day (despite prepaying for breakfast), & to top it off: had already charged me the prebooked reservation upon Chk In, in addition to the entire stay once again the next day, & yet (YES!) a 4th X @ Chk Out. OK now I'm upset & actually stopped here on my way back home 3 days later after staying in Montreal, since datz wut their email sez 2 do if unhappy. Plz rectify w/em B4 the survey - O but did Gen Mgr Tom & Director Christina care? NOPE, or else I wouldn't B writing this.
