Get can't closer to the beach Great beach resort in South Yarmouth that is close to everything and that is what make it unique. This is the 3rd time we have visited and it is my favorite hotel in Cape Cod.

Vacation The location is good and covenient to many good restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub.Room was clean and adequate.Staff was friendly. No complaints.

Nice people but moldy Our room was very moldy it was on the walls and ceiling and all of the place smelled of mildew. Nice staff and clean linens though

Right on the water If you want to stay on the water this is your place. Multiple room styles and sizes. I stayed in an ocean front it was amazing. The view it so nice you spend your whole time in the hotel instead of going out. Everything is right there. The views did it for me. Amazing!

Totally recommend it This place was exactly what I looking for. Beach, pool, quiet, peace…. The beach was right there so my kids could play safely on the sand. Very quiet place. Very comfy bed and pillows… loved it
