Incredible for making memories! Perfect The Waterfront hosted our wedding earlier this month. We were blown away by the service, the food, the roomsand the location! The hotel team could not do enough to make our day perfect. We had several meetings, conversations and e mail exchanges with Ella about how we would like things to be and she and the team did not disappoint! They laid out the function room perfectly for us and were quick to help when one of our guests spilt some food. The food was delicious and there was plenty to go around. The reception and bar /restaurant staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast schedule was flexible allowing us to get to hair appointments first thing in the morning without going hungry. Our room was upgraded to a suite with a wrap around balcony with beautiful views over the marine lake and up the coast to Blackpool. The location was absolutely perfect with many of our guests wanting to book stays in the future. We will certainly be back and wish everyone at The Waterfront our very best and a huge thank you from a Very Happy Couple!

Superb Wedding Venue We had our wedding reception here recently and it was excellent. Ella the events manager was outstanding, indeed all staff were friendly and helpful. We had the Green Room and it was presented fabulously including many family photos and souvenirs which were arranged to great effect. The food was very tasty and the vegan option especially praised by our guests. Our bridal suite was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Parking extremely convenient in the basement accessible directly by lift. Thanks ever so much for making our special day so amazing.

Great place to stay Stayed overnight for a friends wedding - the reception was there . On arrival the staff were so welcoming and friendly- I was able to book in a bit earlier as the room was ready. Lovely large room , plenty of tea coffee toiletries. Huge comfy bed - a really pleasant room. Bar staff very friendly and the bar area was pleasant to spend time in - loved the outside seating area. Breakfast was fine - staff yet again very friendly and helpful. I thought it was well worth the money and would stay again. Fabulous atmosphere

Amazing Stay Booked this stay with secret escapes. The hotel has parking under the hotel. It costs £15 but is well worth it as you car is secure. The staff on reception were friendly. I am allergic to feathers and dogs. Mentioned it to the reception and they had it changed while we had a coffee. Jake and Jamie on the bar/restaurant we both lovely young men. They were pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too. Our room was lovely looking out over the marina. Our evening meal.was top quality. Jake was looking after the restaurant . He made time to interact with customers without compromising serving the other guests. We had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was again top quality. Jake,Jamie & Freya looked after us and they were amazing. Would we go back definitely. This hotel has good attentive staff although they are young they have great customer service skills. They are able to interact with all customers ,old or young.

Spotlessly clean, fantastic shower Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and nice rooms, Particularly great shower. Very well located for visiting the town. Breakfast was fine, staff very polite and helpful. Do resent paying extra for parking when we've paid for accommodation however.
