Comfortable stay, great location Nice motel, would recommend. The owner/manager is super friendly and accommodating, and was in the process of remodeling during my stay. My room had already been remodeled, and was very nice and comfortable. Great location within walking distance of several restaurants, and very close to Old Town. Very reasonable rates.

This place is a dump and I am not being facetious.... The clerk really did not care and made it abundantly clear. The room was clean enough to be serviceable and that was about all you can say about it. I sat on the mattress and worried I might wind up on the floor. There were linens on the bed. On the upside they did have nice enough towels and decent water pressure in the shower. The ice machine was located outside the office area and had a sign marked "out of order" and there was no promised coffee or "breakfast" when I checked out at 6.00am. All in all I would avoid this place like the plague.

New Years This place was a great deal so close to the attractions, and I was surprised by how clean and quiet it was. The new owner is incredibly nice and friendly and is taking great pride in fixing up the old place and keeping it clean. I definitely plan to stay here again!

Best bargain hotel!! If your are looking for a budget stay in St Augustine this is the place to go. No frills no thrills place but very clean. Had a nice conversation with the new owner that is doing his best for you to have the best personal customer service experience. Teo things that really call my attention was the fact that there are no carpets so no stinky smell, and the ac was excellent and with pristine super clean filters. Highly recommended for the price. Also super close to all the activities.

Vacation If u would like a nice peaceful place to stay I would very much recommend the sun set inn. Very clean close to everything. The owners and staff were The nicest u all the time seen them walking around checking on things,they wod even stop and talk with u.
