NSO - Penn State Clean room. Spacious. Friendly front desk staff Entrance to hotel is considered “2nd floor” — I was glad I looked at map and chose a room on 2nd floor. I did not utilize the restaurant area. Wish the room wasn’t carpeted but that is a lot of hotels — Easy drive to Penn State —

Great Stay near Penn State Excellent service! We left a few items and they generously mailed them to us out of state. Highly recommend near Penn State. Only 1 suggestion…including the buffet breakfast and bottled water with stay would be a nice benefit. Overall a good experience.

Stay here!! I can't believe how inexpensive this hotel was for the wonderful experience I had! Megan checked me in & was the absolute best -- offering encouragement as I began a cross-country road trip. She tole me the best place to park to unload my stuff & keep an eye on my car from my room. She even comped a snack-bar dinner for the evening, because I got settled after the restaurant closed. Megan deserves a raise!! The room was huuuuge! It was also perfectly clean, with a great view out the window. Breakfast was offered for a fee in the morning, but worth it; it was delicious!

Nice folks and a nice stay. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn to attend the opening of the new museum at Penn State and felt very luck that we got a room—at a lower rate than other nearby hotels— just a few days before our trip. The room was clean, neat, and just the right size for three people. The location is perfect since we also met with friends at Millbrook Marsh and it is just off the highway. Our younger child enjoyed the pool while I attended to business, which is a big plus. The best thing about the room, though, was the customer service. In our haste to leave the morning of our last day, I left two outfits hanging up in the closet. Not only did housekeeping look for (and find) my clothes, the desk clerk wrapped them up and mailed them to me in Ohio at no charge. To say I was grateful was an understatement—most of the time when something is lost at a hotel, it's just gone. So, tl:dr: The room was just perfect at a great price and the staff is kind and honest. If you are heading in to SC for a trip, check it out.
