Goodtimes Very Clean,Nice staff,Good linen,and a pool with lights. Great breakfast! Room was spacious and the halls smelt amazing! The bed was comfortable.The soaps weren't great and the Blanket was itchy but the pros outweighed the cons. We will definitely be back!

Not a Great Experience We chose this hotel based on the availability of an indoor pool for my children to swim. We did not do a big vacation this year and swimming in a hotel was something they looked forward to. The hotel closed the pool and did not attempt to work on the pool the entire weekend we were there. When I asked for an update the first day around 11 am, they told me maintenance wasn’t there yet. When I asked later in the day, they told me it would be open the next day after the chemicals leveled out. On day 2, when I asked, I was simply told it would be closed. The guy at the desk told me he could go check levels, but even if they were good, it wouldn’t be open. He had zero empathy or concern that this was the whole purpose of staying there. When I called the manager the next day, she lied and said they had been working on it all weekend. But please note, I had checked in multiple times and this was not the truth. In addition, the rooms smelled quite musty and we had several pieces of trash under the furniture in our room. We will return to the area for future family reunions, but certainly not this hotel.

Pictures and reviews are deceiving! Do not believe the picture or reviews on this hotel! Halls, elevator, pool, jacuzzi, and courtyard were absolutely filthy. The elevator had a panel coming loose and visible dirt and stains on the floors and walls. The jacuzzi had what appeared to be mold in it, the pool water was murky, and the room the pool was in was so hot you could barely breathe. The courtyard had trash and broken chairs, and the halls had multiple bags of trash that did not get taken out the entire time we were there. The door wouldn’t open on our first room and had to get another room. The surface areas of our room had not been wiped down prior to our arrival. There was coffee but no coffee pot and a staff member just walked in without knocking! Scared my young daughter half to death! This place should be advertised as a cheap motel.

Dirty Bathroom toilet seat looked like it was peed on, shower had roach on the wall, shower would not drain and there was mold on the shower curtain. Will not be staying here again.

Don’t stay here Rooms smell and furniture is falling apart. Carpet is old and sticky when barefoot. We had to perform extra cleaning ourselves I. The bathroom due to dirty toilet and countertop. Don’t plan on staying here again with the rates being charged for the terrible quality.
