There for a week made a lasting impression The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and had a great atmosphere. We were welcomed on the first day and our room was ready as soon as we got there. the room was a king bed suite the room itself was very nice and clean. now the bed could have been softer and the pillow are very soft so ask for a few extra if your a stiff pillow person. the restaurant in the hotel had amazing food!!! the breakfast was great a wonderful spread and the custom made omelets were huge!! dinner service oh the dinner service we had the burger the steak and chicken all on different nights of our week stay and it was all good just cooked to perfection! the in house bar was very nice my only complaint would be that the prices were a bit steep for drinks compared to other hilton bars that we have been at. all and all this is a hotel we most definitely will be coming back to stay at.!!!

Not hilton not sure what hotel this is?? Stayed at this hotel to be near family while visiting in Suffolk for weekend. My first impression when walking in I knew I made a mistake! Trash overflowing! Floors dirty. We paid almost 400 for 2 days and a complete nightmare screaming and thumping all night in the halls, to where I thought I booked a bowling alley. I went to take a shower and the towels were like Brillo pads, for two people 2 wash clothes a hand towel and a towel, the 3.88 Walmart towels, come on Hilton you have to do better invest in some towels for your hotel!! I would not wash my car with these towels ! The towels were so small, that my husband had to ask the front desk for towels, when we left for the day. They brought some up to the room and they too were so hard you could barely use them. Tub stopped up that when you showered the water puddled over your feet! Tub mold that can be redone or what I assume is mold. Elevator floor filthy, coffee spot was there from the day we arrived and checked out!! Just disgusting. Definitely not worth the money we paid for two days . The only good thing was the bed slept well and the pillows were nice. There is nothing wrong with being clean and providing good quality to people. Needless to say I will not be returning!!

Not up to Hilton standards What a mess! The hotel has a new computer system that apparently no one in the hotel knows how to operate. I arrived on 7/03/24 and was checked in by the front desk worker, at least I thought I was. I attempted to log onto the wifi and I could not get logged on, when I called the front desk the following morning I was told I was not checked in. She checked me in and was told that I could now log in - but I couldn't. I called back and she ended up giving me a promotional code because she couldn't get the wifi to work either. They were unable to fix the wifi or digital key during my four day stay. Worse yet I was charged a "no-show" fee for 7/03 because they didn't check me in correctly. I'm still working on that mess. I got off the elevator on my floor to see two large fans in the lobby because the AC was broken in that area. Not only was the AC broken but the ice machine was broken on my floor as well. If I wanted ice I had to go to another floor or go the the bar to get ice. They only do housekeeping every other day so when we received housekeeping they failed to leave any towels. I called downstairs to order some more towles and I'm told it would be a little while because they were out of towels. Why were they out of towels? Because their dryer caught on fire. No AC on my floor, no ice machine and the dryer was on fire - wish I was making this up. I really expected to see a clown car driving around in the lobby because this place is a circus. I would not recommend this hotel.

Decent room and hotel minus the breakfast Stayed one night at this location. Hotel is under some renovations, but was comfortable and generally clean. The only issues was breakfast that is a typical continental breakfast with waffle, bacon sausage and powdered eggs. When I questioned about being billed for the breakfast buffet $29.00 for an adult and a child, I was told by the desk that typically all hotels that have a restaurant on premises charges for all meals. I have stayed at many hotels and Embassy Suites is a prime example of a restaurant on the premises and you still receive a complimentary breakfast at no charge. Basically feel that $29.00 is a rip off, and seemed that everyone at breakfast being handed a bill looked surprised and confused. There are several eateries that are close to the hotel that you could get a cheaper breakfast. Would have rated the experience higher, but the breakfast issue bring the overall rating to average.

Great location. Sub-par room The hotel was so-so for the price. It did not have any “upscale” amenities like a terry robe or room safe; but is also lacked some basic amenities like a plastic laundry bag, disposable shower cap (which are available 5 to a pack at dollar store), writing pad/pen. The room was in disrepair: the sliding closet doors were missing hardware and off the track, there was a constant stream of water from the tub faucet, no exhaust fan in bathroom, tub lacked non-skid floor, shower curtain was 8-10 inches too long so it got soaked if left inside the tub but the floor got flooded if left outside, at least one electric outlet didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work (housekeeping provided a replacement very quickly), the coffee maker didn’t work (I lived without it), the fire alarm went off (thank goodness not in the middle of the night and fortunately a false alarm). As a courtesy, I pointed out the drip, closet doors, coffee maker when I checked out; they made a note and said the rooms were being renovated and all of this would be addressed. So, bottom line: I paid top dollar (because I wanted the ability to cancel if necessary) for a sub-par room.
