Not worth it in any way The hotel in general is run down and needs repair at every level from the moment you walk in. Its close to bush gardens so i imagine it gets a lot of abuse but its not a 3 star at this time. The hotel staff was very pleasant but the lack of supplies in the pantry to the scary elevator, one of 2 that worked and then stutters when it starts leading to the fithy walls, carpet and finally to the horrendous room which was a disgrace.. i was afraid to look at the carpet, there was rust on everything, the bathroom was falling apart and filth everywhere. The hotel was booked too as kiddos were running, screaming all over with parents screaming as well. This is clearly not a place for someone to work at or even anjoy a night at. My toilet backed up each day and although they fixed it, from the lobby another customer was complaining how bad his room was, obviously another room would have similar issues.. i survived but the star level on this hotel is way off as it only deserves a 2 at best. Good luck if you stay here but definitely not up to hilton standards

This place is a very bad place to say, and they do not care that much whether you’re happy or not One of the worst hotels I have ever seen in as a Hilton rooms are terrible. Hot tub is not hot doors doesn’t close elevators. Don’t work horrible I would never stay in this place or recommend anyone else stay in this place. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

I would stay here again Bed was comfortable. Front desk (Diedra) was very pleasant. Bartender Sam was amazing and friendly. Food was par. Our second night the steak I ordered was overly cooked and had to have it redone. Our room was not serviced. Showed up early in the morning and I said we were not ready yet and housekeeping never came back. After all this, I still would stay here again.

We do not recommend this hotel We drove from Pennsylvania to Tampa, are Hilton Honors members and specifically chose a hotel with a hot tub for health reasons. We learned the hot tub pump and jets were not working when we arrived and submitted a Work Order (WO) request at the front desk. The next day we observed the hot tub jets we still not working. We inquired at the front desk and the staff shrugged her shoulders and said yes without even checking the computer. The hut tub pump was never repaired. We read other online reviews and learned this is a months-old problem. We also observed there is no safe in our room. We also requested a WO to have one installed. The front desk said no problem, it would installed the next day. It was not. We called the maintenance staff who said that no rooms have safes in them. Housekeeping is scheduled every other day. We did not decline housekeeping services. We had to request fresh towels on two different occasions. Our bedding, toilet paper, shampoo and other toiletries were replenished the last day of our stay. The vent did not work in the bathroom so it was very humid and smelled. I spilled liquid on the vinyl flooring entryway. I wiped it up with a white towel which turned dark grey. The floors are very dirty! Breakfast costs $12 and is not worth it. It should be included in the room price. Staff like to socialize at the front desk and do not pay much attention to guests. Our reservations were from May 3-8,and were non-refundable so we were rather stuck. This is truly the worst Hilton we have ever stayed at. My only analogy is that of a 1980s Days Inn. We will choose Marriott henceforth.
