AS BAD AS IT GETS. This shouldn't be a Hilton Property. I have stayed at this hotel many times as a Hilton Diamond member. I can honestly say I will never stay at this property again after my last stay with most of the reason being the inept management and how they handled the situation. I stayed when they had a kids soccer team at the hotel. The place was a complete mad house with all the parents at the bar getting loaded and the kids running amuck throughout the hotel. I literally had to step over kids in the hallway to get to my room. I hate to be a party pooper but enough was enough. I called down to the front desk 3 times for them to come get the noisy kids out of the hallway corridor, nothing happened. The next day after returning home I called the hotel and explained my dissatisfaction with the stay. They agreed the hotel was a complete circus the night before and offered to give me some Hilton Honor points. I was okay with this and willing to call it a truce. A week later I called back to check in on the points. I was then told, we are not going to give you any points because we gave you an upgraded room. What good is an upgraded room if you can't enjoy it. I'm also a Diamond member so you should give me an upgraded room if available. I have tried to be cool with the management but didn't appreciate being told to shut up by the owner’s assistant and them reneging on what they said they would do. This hotel is old, smelly, antiquated and poorly managed. One of the biggest problems is that it's in a VERY SEEDY neighborhood with lots of homeless, drugs and theft. You don't want to go outside after sunset or you're asking for it. I've witnessed homeless people sleeping on the property from my room. See photo. There is another real DoubleTree in Westminster about 5 miles away and a new Hilton Garden Inn 2 exits North on I 25 from this want to be Double Tree.

Decent Double Tree I've stayed here many times. The hotel staff knows how to take care of you. The food is decent but if you're wanting more. There is a Longhorn Steak house across the street. I suggest drive over and not walking over. 120th is a ver busy street and this neighborhood is a little rough. I stayed here last year a witnessed a guy sleeping behind the hotel for the night in late September. Overall a decent Double Tree.

It was the worse hotel I've stayed in. They don't answer their phone, and the smell is terrible. You have to get there before 1am, because they lock the doors. The hotel has a moldy smell all over, it is terrible! As soon as you walk in to the lobby you get it, then you think maybe is just here, but as you walk to your room you realize the musty, and stale smell is only growing. The restrooms don't have fans, maybe that's the reason it smells the way it does, no air flow.
