Sonesta - Tinton Falls Hilton members but made made a very late reservation. Good way to see alternate hotel lines like Bonvoy which we are happy with at well. Not that, when checking in had to avoid the crack ho , who was evidently visiting the hotel, all over us asking for a ride as we were emptying car then screaming threats so we did the unpacking and moving car away quickly and so we wouldn’t have slashed tires. Unlike Hilton or Bonvoy, no free coffee or breakfast. No late checkouts either. Every manager or desk person communicating that it has to be a request made on the last day. Then when there isn’t a manager, the desk person … Eva, gets off her phone long enough to say no late check-outs. Not a lot of guest care. Special hotel. Will definitely be last time at Sonesta.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Terrible hotel. Terrible staff. Terrible business. My husband booked this hotel as a disabled army veteran and we just got exposed with covid. Hotel didnt even ask if we are ok, didnt even accommodate us , just told us we were to take a $150 loss. I highly suggest not staying at this hotel. Michael expressed how he wanted to help but then behind our backs told Priceline no they arent going to do anything. Priceline wanted to move our date till we were feeling better and not contagious but the hotel declined because they rather pocket the money. Instead of being smart and offering a discount and credit because we will be in Tinton Falls for the next few months. But of course we will not be staying at this hotel. I read other reviews of bed being stiff and rooms being gross. Id avoid.

Terrible Dirty, they don’t clean the rooms, incompetent and/or indifferent management, noisy, way way overpriced as they jacked up the rates for some festival…. One of the worst hotels of this type I have ever stayed in. You really don’t want to stay here.

Incompetent management-racist conduct During our stay at this hotel I was called a racist and gender-related epithet by a bar patron. The bar patron's conduct was witnessed by the hotel bartender, who did nothing in response. I reported the incident to hotel management immediately, putting them on notice of the bar patron's conduct. They failed to take appropriate corrective action, or as far as we can tell, any action at all. The next night, we saw the same patron sitting at the bar, with the same bartender present who had witnessed his conduct the night before, as if nothing had happened. When I called and emailed the hotel Manager, Jessica Cleary, to discuss this matter she ignored my contacts, and in one instance literally ducked my call. Extremely unprofessional. Apparently, management does not take patrons' rights or concerns seriously. Avoid this hotel unless you want to receive the same treatment!

Black mold!!! Danger!! This hotel should be closed down - we had black mold in our bathroom on three different places and when i asked the management to move room they said no!! They also offered me no refund or any help of any kind. Pool was also closed and the hotel feels dirty very dirty over all. Choose any other hotel.
