OMG As we walked into the lobby, all six of us, we were greeted by name. Nice. Nope. The lady had cancelled our reservation because she couldn’t get the credit card to work. Didn’t just wait or call Wyndham, just cancelled it. Fortunately, sort of, she had three rooms for us all for three nights. Then, I had to argue with her to use the same card I used for the reservation. Now I have to deal with so called customer service hoping to get the rooms reattached to my account for points. Day two, I ask if there’s any more strawberry yogurt. There is yogurt, she says. But no strawberry. Oh, you don’t get to choose, she says. Next morning, a new lady simply goes upstairs and restocks the strawberry yogurt. It took three days to break the housekeeping code. We even asked about housekeeping as we went out on day three. Still had to schlep to the front desk for shampoo and conditioner because no housekeeping, That’s when I was told housekeepers don’t read english. So even if you turn your door hangar around to show blue, you’re up, no housekeeping. Our room was terribly cold. Nope, no extra blankets. Guests steal them so we don’t have extras. We had to bring a blanket from our relative. And the HVAC……it simply transfers electricity to the sound of a freight train. So…..keep your expectations low. You’ll get a bed and a shower. I wish there was another game in town.

You get what you pay for It was cheap, near downtown and literally only option so we tried it. We survived, so that's good but I was questioning if we would when we checked in The lobby is tiny. Had some cereal and muffins sitting out at night. So don't expect a great breakfast. There's one tiny table as well. There's no elevator so u have to drag any luggage up or downstairs. The rooms are tiny. Seemed clean but very run down. The fridge and microwave were ancient. The faucet broken. The TV wouldn't turn on with remote. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows were weird little squares. The place was full because they were housing homeless (confirmed by overhearing staff) so some really sketchy people wandering halls. My husband said the room reminded him of the room in movie Big where he just starts crying and I think that's pretty accurate description.

Not the best 3 floors, but no elevator on the property. My room seemed clean, but the shower surround appeared moldy & poorly maintained. Breakfast offerings are minimal. All things I pretty much can overlook for myself, but I won’t be bringing my family to stay.

Terrible place. We booked two nights but only stayed one. We left after first night. We checked out. The room was old and worn. We booked a NON-smoking room and the room smelled terribly of burnt popcorn, cigarette smoke AND marijuana. Could not stay the second night in this room because of smell and allergies. I checked out at 4pm, did NOT stay the second night and was charged for it anyway. Horrible people that do not care. I took a chance on this hotel, as I did not know the area of condition of hotel and room. But needed a place within 15 minutes of the area of my meeting. I was encouraged by the hotel being a Wyndham property. Not only will I never be back, I will never stay at another Days Inn Wyndham property again. I will make sure I tell others - never to book this hotel. We had to travel 40 minutes away to find another clean, safe and respectable place to stay.
