Good service We stayed here for 6 nights and the service was good. Pros. Good and courteous staff Shuttle bus to airport and railway station Decent breakfast Close to the airport Good food options close by Good surroundings for running and cycling For us we found the service great on our second visit I had booked single queen bed but realised the room was too small I requested for a double bed room and the staff immediately obliged without any charges. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the lighting of the rooms. The rooms looks very dark.

Think twice Rooms are OVERFURNISHED, leaving ithem crowded. No comfortable reading/casual chair in room. Wardrobe furniture not needed - suggest wall hooks. Breakfast okay, but boring. Staff very nice. Shuttle driver also. Grounds nice and clean.

Request not to have a north facing room. Landed at the airport and picked up our rental car and immediately realized I was too tired to drive anywhere far. Stopped at a nearby hotel but they wanted to charge a lot plus wanted to charge for parking. So stopped in here. The front desk attendant quoted me a rate and then asked if I was a Hilton Honors member. He then knocked the price down twice. Breakfast was the standard fare. Hotel was fine, but on the third floor facing north, the road noise from the interstate was awful. Some white noise on my phone helped but still could not drown out the sounds.

Best treatment I have ever received at a hotel and the bed was comfortable, too! I would give 10 stars if I could! I have never been treated so well at a hotel! The consideration and care of the staff for us was way beyond any expectations. We were traveling with my 96 yo father and we requested, on the way to the hotel, about 9:10 am and via online chat, an early check-in. We were in a room by 10:30! Prior to access to the room, they provided a location to store all our luggage. We had a lot of luggage as we were two families traveling together. Shuttles rides are available all day, as long as you are going within 5 miles of the hotel. We were able to go to lunch, go pick up pizza, and get a ride to the airport without stress or waiting. We were late getting to breakfast and the staff provided muffins and fruit so we didn't leave hungry. All this, and the bed was comfortable, too! This is a definite yes location if you are looking for a comfortable and caring place to stay!

Customer service and sales team inexperienced We did not actually stay at the hotel. I tried contacting the hotel to arrange a large group event for 2025. I left a voicemail message for the sales team and didn't hear back. I called a day later and couldn't reach anyone at the hotel. I called a third time another day later and had to go through national reservations and have them track someone down in the hotel to take my call. I was told that someone in sales would call me the next day. When I still did not receive a call, I called for a 4th day in a row! I was told someone would call me back when they had pricing ready for me. I hadn't even given them my information for them to create pricing! I finally told them that they would not be in consideration for my event because their customer service was so poor. The person's response to me was, "okay, thank you." They have no idea how to provide customer service. The sales team certainly lacks what it takes to book group events.
