Top Notch Marriott Hotel The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and very quite. It’s located right off the interstate yet tucked away from the noise of the main highway This is definitely one of my favorite Marriott hotels.

Not up to Marriott’s Standards Every time we’re in Valdosta to visit family we stay at this Courtyard. So needless to say we’ve stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years. Being Platinum Elite we choose Marriott properties, you know what you’re getting. We’ve noticed this hotel slowly declining. However, we’ve never had issues or complaints until our most recent visit, which happens to also be the last time we stay here. We stayed in the king suite room. Issues: both outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. We mentioned this to the front desk our first day with no results. Curtains falling off the rods, the entire room had a musty damp smell, mold in the shower and the sink looked like it might fall at any moment. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is not up to Marriott’s standards. I watched a spot on the lobby floor and dirt in the elevator for 4 days. The floor was never mopped nor was the elevator vacuumed. On our next visit to Valdosta we will be at another hotel and unfortunately it will not be a Marriott property.

Well taken care of and up to date The people at the front desk as well as in the Food Court were very cordial and professional. The room was excellent (the fan in the bathroom was about 110db and should be tweaked.) But very convenient and "safe." Thank you !

They Lost My Reservation & Were Out Of Rooms The parking lot was full and I was on a big truck, but I snaked my way through and found one spot barely big enough to get in, so I came inside to check in and gave them my name and was told they didn't have a reservation for me and they were completely filled up. No rooms available at all. I gave them my reservation number and they looked into it and said they did not know how I was given a reservation because they had been booked up for days. they said they had ben having some problems with central reservations and were sorry but there was nothing they could do. they said all the hotels in the area were full as well. So now I have to back this big truck out and snake my way back out of this full parking lot backwards because there's no where to turn around. Cars and trees everywhere. Let the fun begin.

Stop off in Valdosta CLEAN room, spotless! What a relief after coming from a dirty Best Western. It was perfect and I’ve already told several northern snowbirds driving back and forth to/from Florida. Easy check in, very friendly staff. Nothing amiss. Bed was a dream.
