Not pleased Horrible! Parking space SMALL…tub was nasty couch nasty and hard…bed had two pull up covers and no sheet on it….brown stains on mattress cover. Just horrible and never again. Hardly no channels just nasty

Dirty and unprofessional Wine stains on the bed when we came in. Insects in the room. The tub was stained. The front desk staff was not friendly. One was cursing at someone on his cellphone. They were not professional. Don’t stay here

STAY AWAY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE This place is a total dump. First and foremost they have roaches, no it wasn't just 1 or 2 it was several. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges and would not close all the way, you could not open it all the way either because it was dragging the floor so bad. The heater would not stop running so was a rather warm stay. The ice machine was broke. They do not accept cash, only a credit or debit card. The vanity sink was so big you can not sit comfortably on the toilet. You have to lean to 1 side and feel like you are going to fall into the tub. The tub was peeling very badly, definitely needs to be reglazed. The bed frame is surrounded by this flimsy piece of metal, that everytime you go to get in or out of bed your foot hits it and it sounds like a gong. The entire place looked like it had not been painted in 5 years. Rather expensive for being such a dump. 180 bucks for 2 night in January. The owner was very rude and arrogant. 1 cool thing abut the room was the vanity mirror. It lit up, and they have enough USB plug ins to charge all your devices. Convenient location. That is really about the only good things. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! OVERALL A HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!

HORRIBLE!! Absolutely terrible! Pool was green, room had sand in the floor the day we got there. You have to ask them to clean your room which the manager/owner will roll his eyes over. Asked for extra towels and they asked “why?” Had to argue with the same guy for a extra blanket for my kids. Office offers, one pot of coffee a day, good luck. Mold and mildew everywhere. Broken EXIT signs swinging in hallways. Our parking voucher blew out the window going down the road, when we asked for a new one the manager/owner accused us of giving it to someone! This place used to be a great place 2-3 years ago and we had stayed there multiple times then. This was our first trip back since , and first experience with new owner. Very disappointing to say the least. We will never be returning here to slum it for a week. Spend the extra money and go somewhere where they appreciate your business.

Hotel guests standing outside talking loudly all night long First, I'd like to say that the management are decent people. I just wish that they would tell their guests to be considerate of other guests. There were guests hanging outside talking loudly, smoking and drinking all through the night .Left cigarette butts and alcohol spills outside. Our next door neighbors did just that. A couple people stood outside talking for the longest time and when they finally went inside , the next ones came out and did the same. This went on until about 3 AM. So we didn't get any sleep. This hotel is more like a cheap motel where prostitutes and drug addicts live. The room was okay. It had a mini refrigerator, a microwave oven and a single serve coffee maker along w/ some coffees but, coffee was awful. They must've gotten the cheapest coffee they can get their hands on so don't waste your time using it. Go to a cafe or a restaurant for your coffee. Yes there was a bathtub but they took away the tub stopper so if you're traveling with little ones like I did, you can expect to take showers with him/ her. At a glance the room seems clean but the floor was dirty and sticky, there were debris everywhere. The parking lot is so compact so if you drive a large vehicle such as a Tahoe or a suburban or a large vehicle with a trailer, you'll want to go somewhere else. If we ever visit Virginia again, we'll stay away from this hotel
