Waterton Park Hotel

Good size rooms and excellent staff I stayed in the hotel for one night whilst working away from home. I was initially allocated a room in the spa area but when I arrived somebody else was in the room ( bit of a shock been met with somebody without there trousers on). Made my way back over to reception and staff were extremely apologetic and I was allocated another room in the main building. Food in the restaurant was good( but I thought it was expensive). My bedroom was spacious but it was very dated. It needed a massive refurbishment. Breakfast was all self service with lots of choice . Staff were very helpful and professional. I was really looking forward to staying in the hotel but was a bit disappointed. However still happy to give a good rating.

Great facility & service We spent a wonderful morning celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed the spa facilities, which included a relaxing massage and time in the outdoor jacuzzi. Our experience was completed with a lovely afternoon tea, including complimentary Prosecco. A special thank you to Mo and Cat, who both did an absolutely outstanding job looking after us. We definitely recommend this, and we will be going back!

Pearl Anniversary Celebration Pearl wedding anniversary revisit to the place we had our wedding reception. It was a little different layout but I think they’ve done a good job of changing things up with the spa facilities all in one place now. That saves having to go backwards and forwards over the bridge to the new building. All the staff we came across were lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the spa and the evening meals were delicious. We stayed in one of the old hall bedrooms which overlooked the bridge…very romantic _

Great little spa break! A lovely afternoon tea spa break with my mum. The treatments were lovely and relaxing and the spa facilities were great. The afternoon tea was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. To top it all off, the views of the grounds were stunning.

Beautiful outdoor hottubs Just back from a lovely stay at this hotel for our 10th addiversary. The location and rooms were absolutely beautiful the hotel location is stunning, staff are so accommodating. We booked the twilight swimming in the spa and this was the highlight the outdoor hottubs were worth it alone absolutely fab experience. Special thank-you to the spa staff MO and Alex, they were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely stay again!
