Clean, comfortable rooms Clean, comfortable rooms. Every staff person I came in contact with was kind and helpful. Very busy weekend with tons of guests for a baseball tournament- breakfast area remained clean and refilled and Carrie, Gloria and Cindy worked hard to make it a great experience for everyone. Cindy accommodated a change in room that we needed with patience. Overall, we would stay here again for sure.

Accessible Room #102 Issue For this visit, we requested an "Accessible" room. We were assigned Rm. 102 which was designated as an "Accessible" room. This room did not have a walk-in shower. It had a tub with grab bars. The breakfast options had no hash browns and the only fresh fruit were apples.

Quiet The best night sleep in a hotel in a long while. The room was clean and did not have a string disinfect smell. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet did not hear a peep. Will highly recommend our room. Great breakfast. Friendly people. Enjoyed our stay

Too expensive for a rundown hotel Outdated hotel that is quite difficult to find at night, since the road that leads to it is in the dark and hidden from the I95. There is no lighted sign to tell you how to reach the main entrance. If your room happens not to be in the front section, like mine was, you will have to use your car to and from the reception/breakfast area. In Waterboro, it is quite a feat to find decent food in any restaurant. At that price, you would be well advised to book elsewhere, preferably in another town (Santee might be a good choice). Fairmount and Hilton offer much better accommodations at a similar price.

Unprofessional Leadership I was originally booked for September 19th. I had a family emergency and booked this room however my family member was transferred to another hospital roughly 3 hours before I got to the hotel. I called and spoke with “Megan” who assured me she would cancel my reservation and even apologized for the situation. I received a cancellation email as well. I was still charged for the room. After disputing the charge the hotel is making bogus claims. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to their unethical and non professional leadership or lack thereof.
