Comfort Inn

Great location, clean and comfortable! We would stay there again. The hotel was clean, quiet and in a great location for getting around the area as well close to stores and restaurants. The employees all seem to care about the customers and worked hard to make your stay comfortable! The manager could up the quality by changing up the breakfast options, by adding the hard boiled eggs and bagels, for example. And no cookies in the evening?? That is a Choice Hotel perk people expect!

nothing special It's an okay place. The room is on the smaller side with a definitely small desk. But there is the normal amenities - microwqve, small refrigerator, flat screen tv, free internet, decent shower - that makes it comfortable enough to stay. The complimentary breakfast is lacking though. The waffle maker timer didn't work, the eggs were so rubbery that they were inedible, and they never changed the breakfast meat in the three days we were there. We actually never saw front desk staff either. Again, nothing horrible but all of this is what makes the place ok.

Time to Boycott! Where do I begin with this disaster of a hotel experience? Here’s a list: They gave us the wrong room. The Mgr insisted that the reservation that they received did not read as what I submitted. However, I printed a copy for verification. That document shows I had agreed to pay the extra fee for my cat. It had specifically paid for an in-room jacuzzi. The room we were assigned had no jacuzzi. At which point the manager denied having either room available for us. After denying us a room, he refused to give us a refund of our money for a 3 day stay. I then spent 3 hours on the phone with AARP Travel Center asking for a refund. It was obvious they were trying to wear me down to give up. The next day I gave them 1 more hour of my time and got the same PUT ON HOLD run around. I advised them to have the supervisor call me back this time. I never heard from them again. This error on their part to not return our money is inexcusable . Our credit card is disputing the charge. This fiasco then lead to another AARP TRAVEL CENTER catastrophe the next day. I love the people we visited but the travel screw ups caused me anger and anxiety which I didn’t deserve.

Rude, just plain rude I actually did not stay at this property. Why? Because when I first called to make my reservation, the man was rude, but I thought he was having a bad night. I questioned to myself, if he did book my room and attach my account. So I called the 800 number, and just as I suspected, no he did not. The 800 number got everything straight. So, my trip is in a day and I call to double check on my room, and of course, I do not have the room location I was told I could get, nor are there any rooms on the first floor, which is what I need. The woman I was talking to, was very short with me and rude. I accepted a room on the second floor due to the lateness of my leaving for me trip. Then I went on Tripadvisor and read all the horrible reviews on this property! I could have kicked myself because Tripadvisor is my go to site before I book anywhere! I find a different hotel to stay in, I really was not getting any good vibes from this property. When I read that someone was kicked out because of an umbrella, that was it for me! Called back to confirm that my cancellation had been logged in for me, and when this woman asked my name and I told her, she said very hateful, "Didn't you just call here 30 minutes ago!!??" I said yes, and told her to have a nice day. So rude. So hateful. I hope people read all the reviews on this place. These people are in the wrong business, they should maybe work at place where they do not have to see or talk to people.

Very nice value Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk clerk was friendly. There were plenty o pillows and the bed was comfy. I found the wifi to be pretty good as well. When we are in the area again, we are almost certain to stay here. There are restaurants in walking distance and convenient access to the highway.
