Pleasantly surprised I was a big concerned after reading previous reviews that were not very favorable. I was very pleasantly surprised with a spotless room. There was no funky smell and no evidence of any drug paraphernalia or rodents or bugs. The back parking lot could definitely use a little tidying up but in general it was a decent place the suite was huge and I would stay there again!

Front desk perfection The staff makes this place. Danielle in particular. Warm, receptive, and attentive. Six months ago, in April, I had an extended stay while caring for my mother who was in hospice. Four of us kids live out of state and needed lodging. Over a three week period, we consumed 4 rooms on many occasions. October, brought the same for Dad. Here we are again, coming back to where we felt welcome, rooms were clean, breakfast was good - staff fantastic.

Amazing staff and stay Requested an early check-In and they took. Care of it. Front desk staff was amazing from checking-In to Checking-Out

A comfortable stay We only stayed the one night but it was very comfortable. It's not really near anything dpevisl but suited us as we were passing through pittsburgh on our travels. It is fairly near the washington junction park and ride light rail stop for getting into the city easily. The room were special in that there was Dove brand soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. A nice luxury touch. Breakfast was ok.

Smoke free is a misnomer! The hotel smells of cigarette smoke. As I non-smoker, I don’t wish to stay in a place that smells. Bathroom floor was dirty, outlet by sink was broken. Find another hotel!!
