PHENOMENAL This hotel was AMAZING!. I have traveled a lot in my years, and I just wanna let it be known that not only is the location great, and the hotel grounds were tidy, and the room was phenomenal, The staff is hands down the best hotel staff I have ever experience. Everyone went above and beyond. Other hotels should take notes from these gals/guys

MAGNIFICENT The young lady with red hair and glasses helped me with anything I ever asked of her. She is so warm and welcoming and goes above and beyond. Your hotel is SUPER CLEAN!. and the room was PERFECT. My children and I will def, be returning I believe we have found our half way point hotel forever!

Consistent Great Service! Our non-profit has booked Candlewood Suites for client stays fairly frequently over the last year. I have always found the staff to be kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean, smell great, are well stocked and ready before check-in. We have asked for extra towels at times and staff has readily complied. Check out is very easy and a breeze. The manager Elizabeth is beyond professional and extremely nice and personable! Candlewood Suites is definitely the place to stay if you ever find yourself in Winchester!!!

Great place to stay I highly recommend this hotel! Great price, super clean, very friendly and helpful staff! Having a kitchenette is very convenient. Comfortable bed. Nice toiletries. The staff ensured it was quiet. Thank you Jennifer and staff for a great stay!
