Great stay Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is located in Winston Salem and has many things to do in the area.

Don't stay here. Find other lodging. This motel is poorly maintained, such as cluttered with debris outside of front entrance, pool full of green algae, elevator made scary noises. It appeared that carpet in room was not vacuumed between guests. Mini-refrigerator made a loud, clicking noise that interfered with sleep. Breakfast foods that are normally hot (eggs, potatoes, biscuits, sausage) were not warm. However, motel staff members were friendly.

Not staying at Best Western again! Obviously you shouldn't expect much when you pay lower room rates. The rooms are clean enough but old. The front desk night person couldn't have more attitude and be any lazier. A little smile and helping your guest would go a long way. We won't be staying at Best Western again.

Don't stay here Staff lied about the pool stating it was warm! There was less than 1 foot of water in it. The room was a mess, tub faucet ran all night and it wasn't a trickle. Black rusty residue came out if the tub faucet when turned on. Bathroom was full if black mold and mildew. Tub drain was torn apart and laying in the surround. Tub drain was clogged. Blood splatter on the curtains. Room had an odor. Breakfast was OK was restocked. No complimentary package for rewards members.

Don’t stay here Aggressive panhandler in lobby yelling at guests for money and a ride home. Staff ignored. We stood in line to check in and when it was our turn asked staff to call police and have person removed and barred from property. Staff ignored. Room was OK but wifi was not working and noise in hallway with loud voices and door slamming until midnight. Not at all a comfortable stay.
