A true worry free experience Room 515 I nearly broke down into tears seeing how clean the place was and how well maintained it was. The staff are amazingly friendly with a genuine smile. The service is excellent. The beds are guaranteed a good night's sleep and the showers are quality. I've been around so many hotels that essentially get used as crack and prostitution dens but this is one of the first hotels that I actually felt safe and felt like I could let go. First time I've actually felt relaxed in a long time. The price is a little high but I wouldn't mind coming here again for the sake of the experience that Ive received

Good Hotel, Fantastic Breakfast!!! As a Diamond Elite member, I was disappointed in the lack of early check in for rewards members. When we approached the desk at approximately 1pm, The clerk was very abrupt and said "Not Open yet" as she pointed to the check in policy sign. We left and returned at 4pm Outside of this very poor first impression, we had a decent stay. The highlight was the breakfast bar. This was a very welcome change and far better than the majority of the HIE I've stayed in. The breakfast staff was very friendly and motivated. Everything was much better quality than other locations. The Egg White Omelets, and thick bacon was a nice touch. Overall, clean, well-organized and always kept topped off with fresh food. The room was clean and comfortable. Actually, quite nice. One huge downside was the incredibly slow WIFI on 3rd floor. Speaking with other guests, they experienced the same thing. It was totally inadequate for anything less than email and basic word processing. Data, graphics slow to load and signal would often drop. This required you to log back in each time to the WIFI. Fortunately, this was a travel and not a workday. Great hotel while awaiting a flight or traveling, but I would call ahead to ensure there are no WIFI issues before booking for business.

Nice 1 night stay One night stay after a long day of driving. The check in ladies were about the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. Hotel was nice and the rooms were clean enough. Breakfast ok. Only real negative was the noise from the highway. Windows let in a bunch of noise from it, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for the side away from the highway.

Traffic noise disaster. Cheap owner - hotel has broken equipment If you ever wondered what it's like to be homeless living next to a 6 lane Freeway then this is the hotel for you! Paper thin walls and windows no thicker than Cling Wrap; residents get to hear the loud traffic noise 24/7. The hotel adjoins a 6 lane freeway. Our room had one coat hanger and one tiny trash can in the bathroom. No trash can in the room. The gym is a joke. The official gym photo shows Universal exercise equipment. See my photo. It's not there. The exercise bike DOESN'T WORK. The treadmill is tiny, ancient and useless. Included breakfast is below average. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Huge hair left on floor. See photo. How does Holiday Inn let this place operate under its flag? This hotel is clearly below brand standards.

Refused to Check Luggage prior to Check Inn Arrived early for a Wake Forest football game and did not have a car. Front desk refused to check luggage at front desk which caused a huge inconvenience. Step it Holiday Inn. This is important factor to being a guest at your hotel. Will not stay here again due to lack of customer service.
