I really enjoyed the Stretch Session! In fact I felt as if it opened up my lungs. Joe is very patient, gentle and knowledgeable. He explained every stretch in detailed. He also told me the muscles that were very tight and gave those areas a little bit more attention. It's been 2 days since I had the stretch session and I have been sleeping better and I am more mobile in my daily movement. I usually go for massages to help relax me but after this experience I will be switching to Stretch Therapy.
