Great experience with this Big O Tires location! It's convenient location to BART enabled me to drop my car off and pick it up after work. The customer service was excellent, check-in was quick and my alignment service was completed before I even made it into the office. I had no issues using a Groupon and wouldn't hesitate to return to this location for future service.
