Ken was fantastic he made it a really positive experience. After getting a chance to talk with him I felt at ease and thought he was great. It definitely showed that he is a true expert in the field and I felt really well taken care of. He under promised and over delivered which I always appreciate. He couldn't make my glasses same day because mine were a bit of a special order because of my astigmatism, but they were basically ready next day. Saw him Tuesday at 3 and got the call they were ready on Thursday morning. Definitely will be back.
