This was my first time ever trying colon hydrotherapy. I purchased two deals from Groupon for my daughter and I. We were both extremely nervous going in but the staff was super professional, explained the process and came back multiple times during the process to check on me and even offered a heating pad to help with the slight cramping that happens during the process.

I have completed three, 60-minute virtual hypnotherapy sessions, and I have to share my experience! Emiliano starts each session with a little chat about my goals and what changes I have observed. The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
