I was able to get an appointment booked within a day. The specialist who worked on me was very informative and courteous. She was gentle and took the time to make me feel comfortable for the entire procedure. Being this was my first appointment for a year’s worth of laser hair removal, I am excited to return again to such wonderful service and care. The spa is very clean and welcoming. If you want a luxurious time in the steam room, jacuzzi, and getting scrubbed from head to toe, you're in for a treat. It's more expensive than the Korean spas in New Jersey for a quarter of the size (and they don't have a sauna in the women's quarters, just a steam), but it is Manhattan so more convenient if you live in that borough. Some masseuses are better than others, but your skin will be radiant.
