Quick and easy process. Went on a Friday morning and there was no wait. Josh was great and explained everything they were doing. They offered me a soda/water. Greased my door hinges. Offered to clean my windshield but I declined due to it raining. They have free wifi so I was able to get some work done while they were doing the oil change. Overall a great experience.
