Jesse professionally completed the basic coolant flush for my vehicle per the Groupon voucher. He was on time to our appointment, and it was my pleasure meeting him for the first time.
The entire experience was very easy: they use online scheduling, and they were right on schedule when I arrived. Staff (the owner, I think) was very personable and professional with everyone who came through the door. The process and the charges were explained clearly. This is my second smog test with them, and is was just a good as the first. This time, I also registered the vehicle, and that was explained clearly and went smoothly and quickly. I will definitely come here if I need another smog test/registration.
